I think he is! I think he's like the Joker...if the Joker also had a civilian persona and kept getting mixed up in the heroes lives.
I think I kind of wonder what his deal ultimately is. He's like the embodiment of us of us eventually just going crazy. He has a kind of boring and bland alter ego...but the real him is all chaos and insanity.

I'd say I relate the most to the Joker, and maybe someday at my Mid Life Crisis, I'll finally severe that tie and either be sane. . or you'll see me on the evening news. Either way, there will be humor hidden in there somewhere.
