NOT a Rapine partial like I planned, as his stupid tail wouldn't turn out, but Someday (My GHOW character/owl I actually knew) is still a good partial for flailing about, and handing out business cards. Because I'm strapped for time I cheated with the patagium and coverts. In the future I may make them properly.
