Luna frowned, and frowned, and frowned somemore.... That wasn't solving anything; Lyson was still crooning over how cute she was.

She took a few calming breaths and tried to think.

Those calming breaths helped clear her of her anger and frustration, but a new wave of panic emerged.

She was an alpha! THE ALPHA BITCH! How was Luna going to perform her duties as leader, and mother in this state.

"How am I going to live like this Lyson!"

Lyson smiled, "I'm sure the kids had their old gerbil cage somewhere! You'll be fit and well fed and still be Alpha no problem!"

Luna stared at him. If this was permanent....oh god.... she fell to her tiny knees and began wailing. The sound came out as a series of highpitched squeals, like a screaming parakeet.

"Oh- oh honey... I was just joking!" Lyson held up his hands to calm her; to show he meant no harm.

"This isn't fuh-funny Lyson! I wanna be big again!" she sniffled. "I'll miss the fullmoon hunt! I can't shift forms.... Ah-and we can't... we cann't....!"

Those big gold eyes looks so cute full of tears. Lyson kissed her tiny head. "It's not permanent... I'll fix this and make it up to you."

Luna sniffled and 'humfed' to his afection. "You big jerk... Don't think a few kisses can make me feel better!" She felt a light tug on her hair....
