I think she is a healer utility mage person who is easily scared.
She uses her own liquids (out of her tail!) to make drinks that can heal people and stuff. Maybe if she throws it at someone it does the same amount of damage that it would heal! .o.

She's a tea sprite! She has powers over fancy drinks and liquids and stuff like tea and coffee.
