My dream vehicle
As long as I can remember, I've always wanted one of these kinds of Jeeps. Now, after so long of wanting I finally have one; a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sport, with removable top, doors, perfect 4x4 driving, and all kinds of other great stuff. The only issue is, it's a Manual transmission; I've never driven a vehicle with one, so this is a learning curve for me. I only hope I don't harm the vehicle before I master driving stick. Ergh...
All in all though, I'm happy. I finally have the vehicle I have ALWAYS wanted.

Lol, I'm starting to think the same thing is happening with me. Having no luck with used cars. Got rid of my first car (a black 1999 Honda Accord) because something different kept popping up with it, (The drivers side door for some reason jammed shut. Didn't want to open at all. And then the engine would cut off at random ass times. It's happened to me a couple of times while in the middle of driving it. And it eventually got to the point where I couldn't drive it anymore. Also, turns out the reason for the engine cutting out was because apparently, it had the wrong type of engine in it from the last owner. One major reason why I hate used cars. We have to deal with shit the old owner had with the vehicle when they had it. That to me means, more money spent on a hunk a junk because things could be/or are wrong with it, and it has to be fixed for safe driving.
Now my current car (A beige 2002 Dodge Stratus), also used, while better than my first, but not in looks, seems to be having shit wrong with it. For the last 3-4 maybe even 5 months it's been in the shop. I'm almost afraid to drive the damn thing now whenever I get it back. And recently the car my dad leased (Don't remember what this one was called), again, also used, seems to be having something wrong with it for the second time.
I'm sorry, but just because these piles of junk are affordable, doesn't mean they're better. I'm going to attempt to talk my dad into getting us both brand new vehicles because this has gotten ridiculous. At this point, I feel he's spending more money on the cars when trying to get them fixed than when he first bought them. I'm even gonna chip in if I have to to make sure we get new ones.

Well, as they say, with used ones you never know. It does help to buy them from a reputable dealer rather than a private owner, because at least from a dealership they have to certify it's quality. For example, my last two are both used, but they were bought from a dealership and so far both have served me well. Were your last few from a dealership or a private owner?
The good thing is as long as you take care of this new car, it'll take care of you. When you buy a new car, the odometer doesn't start at zero, does it? (always wondered that)
Anyway, you shouldn't have to worry about issues for a while. Did you put down a down payment or did you finance the whole thing?

My last three cars were from private owners; at the time I didn't think I could afford buying from dealerships. This one however is from a dealership.
Normally yes, unless the car has been test driven; I bought the Jeep with 30 kilometers on it and on my driving lessons I've put almost 130 on it, lol
I was too broke for a down payment so I'm financing the whole thing, although I have the option to increase my bi-weekly payments to pay it off faster if I choose.

Yeah, new cars usually are. :) But yeah, private owners, you have no recourse if something goes wrong, and you can't be sure what they may have done to it before you got it. Anyway, at least this way you probably have a warranty and stuff.
Cool, so you had an odometer reading 30? :)
*Nods* Can I ask what it ran you?
