Well, I think that she looks better with her boobs at that size, her original size. Much better and sexier than the "as big as elephants they cover her legs and feet" size. Any woman's chest between B-cup to around L-cup is interesting.
Anyway, atari did a wonderful job on this. Like the other posters, I'm impressed that he could design wonderful backgrounds like that city landscape. He also did a wonderful job with Busty's anatomy, with the muscled arms and shoulders, the pleasent, superheroic "going on an adventure" smile, the way the weight and mass of the body is swinging with the rope-jumping, the curvy massiveness of her breasts and how the out edges of the top wonderfully sink into the featherly flesh of the breasts. The nice animated-movie/anime type colors are neat.
