I'm classifying this as save and faveworthy. not many good photomanipulators out there, and you seem to be improving steadily. if I had to complain, her face looks a bit lopsided, and the fairygirl just looks absurd. minor complaints are in the feet and tail: maybe have a few spare toes suggesting change there, a sort of hybrid hoof foot thing going on, unless they are already fully transformed. the tail also seems to be being pulled by a diagonal gravitational force.
still, I am no photomanipulator, so I can't say the difficulties you encountered getting this far, nor can I predict the difficulties you would have in fixing those small gripes.
Regardless, her stretching muzzle and ears don't look too bad, and I love the way her hands are transforming. all in all, I see this picture as more good than bad, and look forward to your future work (actually, you have a couple I like: your eye for horses is rather spot on).

Actually, the poster is http://www.furaffinity.net/view/488607/ just shrunken down :)
Fairy God-mothers can be harsh when they think their relations are having relations when they should be studying. It seems righteous to transform somebody who is horsing around when they should be doing what they went there to do, and for a time, gain a new appreciation of what they had by not having it.
Nice art work I love it!
