well i had this idea ever since i joined this damned forum and it was about time i actualy drew it @..@
hopefully this will get my motivation going for the 2 other arts i owe people.
as for game features... uh...
-every level is in a city featuring one of the world's tallest Structure.
-the game is based on Style points rather than time
-more points unlock more things to receive from Twitchs homebase, most notably from his Gun Vault.
-Twitch's Combat Miata complete with unlockable gadgets
-the strongest weapon is his PDA to call in air strikes.
-the strongest Portable weapon unlockable would be the M-388 Davy Crockett

hope you realise that Twitch, being a mercenary, only targets Macros if a contract tells him to kill one.
and also that the macro in that picture WAS terrorizing a town to have a hit put on it
so you better rethink your retaliation carefully
