Yes it is. Follows Sena, a freshman highschool student that spent his whole life bullied and with no friends. Turns out his ability to run away from bullies unleashes a hidden potential in him that the quarterback on the football team notices. To keep him safe from bullies and family, he uses the code name Eyeshield 21 to hide his face and name while he plays on the field. The manga is good as well as the anime.
