Sheen and Fatigue argue over the hypercortisone cream, Fatigue saying he should use it and Sheen denying he has a problem. They then get into a fight about it, wrestling with the hypercortisone cream. They they get all covered in the cream. Then they have sex using the hypercortisone cream as lube for the rest of the cartoon.

Sheen tries anything and everything to itch his ass (forks, walls, stairs, fatigue's donkey toys etc) before picking up a chainsaw. You then switch to him laid down in an ambulance, pelvis bandaged up, ass in a tube of ice. The driver is looking back at him shocked. Sheen says 'Shut up, it was itchy'.
