i get eczema a lil here and there, but never like that, i hope you feel better!!! i know a pretty strict raw vegetarian diet makes mine go away. its pretty hard to stick to, but when i get it real bad i try and do it for about 2-3 weeks, and it almost completely clears up. (i don't like using meds, so diet is the way to go for me)
hope you can feel better sooner rather than later.

I got huge aloe plant , you may need fungal rub as it could be fungus as well(its not as uncommon to have fungal skin infection as most think , most of time it dont spreads , is small , and goes away)
luckyly both things who will help is cheap , you will need as well rub with glyceryl(i hope i spelled it good) to help regenerate skin

I had a case almost half that bad on my palms that lasted for a few years while I was unemployed (don't judge) once I got a job all the natural exfoliation just seemed to cure it or it could be the fact I got pneumonia from the previous lack of contact with people and was on antibiotics that helped.
Probably a combination of the two

Ouch I'm getting the same thing this past couple years or so, around my eyes as well. Seems its trial and error cause everyones reacts to a different treatment. Mine starts going away when I mix hydrocortizone and antibacterial then follow with a moisturizer once those settle in but even then sometimes it just wants to have its way :( Will have to try some Aloe though never thought of that.
Hey, I know how something like this can make you miserable and seriously if you haven't looked into it, try cutting ALL corn products out of your diet. My mate suffers terrible reactions to corn that cause him awful pain. Tried many different medications, was diagnosed as having numerous as having several different chronic illnesses (fibromyalgia, etc.) but the treatment was ineffective and had unpleasant side effects. He also thought he had gluten allergies and gave up all wheat in his diet, but later found that it was just corn causing his problems.
There is almost no non-gmo corn grown in the US and Canada UNLESS specifically marked as such in products and foods in stores and in restaurants. There are many accounts of corn causing eczema (just search for "corn allergy eczema") and many other immune system responses as an allergy or intolerance when consumed. The reason I mention gmo corn is because of the reckless manner in which this plant was developed that has not only not received rigorous testing before being planted over vast areas of North America but derives its modified genetic material from a bacteria-- the introduction of which is suspected of producing a of host of enzymes and proteins whose effects on people are largely unknown. This means that the corn in almost all foods is different from that which evolved side by side with humans in significant ways that we may not be adapted to. More and more I have been finding that problems people have with allergies and pain often are related to corn in their diets.
When my mate eats corn that is *not* genetically modified, he does not develop the symptoms he gets from common commercial food products. He has had to test many products to see if they contain hidden corn in the starch or maltodextrin or other components such as "modified food starch" or corn oil. Avoiding corn can be difficult as restaurants are often not able to be certain their dishes not contain it. It can be in marinades, sauces, thickeners and a host of other smaller additives in their dishes. All corn syrup, oil, starch, sweetener (maltodextrin and others), corn meal, corn flour and of course products chiefly comprised of corn like chips, certain cereals and the like would be things to avoid if you try to see if this is where the problem comes from.
It is definitely worth looking into, I have had some bad flare-ups of atopic dermatitis (eczema) where half of my fingers were in bandages for months so I know all too well how miserable it can make a person feel. Finding the root cause of the problem, such as an allergy is the best outcome as it avoids the application of steroid cremes (which damage collagen over time) or oral steroids which are immuno-suppressive and can cause a lot of other problems in the long term. As you mention that you immune system hates you, a suspicion of a food or contact allergy should be very high and it may be causing you other problems which are less noticeable but unpleasant as well.
For your own well-being, try altering your diet for a week or two and see if that helps, or have yourself tested for corn allergy by a dermatologist. Don't rule out stress which appeared to have been a factor for myself. Maybe the cause can be found. I hope this may help. =3
