Wrote at the request of a friend, spent about an hour in all to write and minor edit, turned out allright in my opinion, but it could really be improved. Certainly not my best work, but it was a bit sweet, i might revisit it again someday.

Sometimes the pieces we come up with on the fly can be the most special within that moment~ I know sometimes I've written some works that I simply adored on the spur, then looked back later and realized that I could have made it better - but that moment in which I was able to convey the art of my words was worth the flaws.
I have a hard time revisiting my poems for that reason. I often am afraid to play with them too much because they become something different; after the initial creation, it just seems awkward to visit it later.
Short stories I don't have that problem with so much, but certainly with my poetry, though I *have* gone back and re-edited with success before, its just, hard.
