This was an interesting piece to do. He asked for a raver type outfit. But I realize that there is no such thing as a "raver" outfit, as long as it has colored lights and a weird design. So I went for sort of a... "Neon Tribal" look.

I particularly like how I did the skin-tight half-shirt. Very shiny and figure-showy. ;)

By the way. Does anybody know any good tutorials on how to get a good "glow" effect, like I'm trying to do on his stripes? The dodge tool is good, but it just seems to unsteady.
