First, I just want to say, OMG there's a lot going on in this picture! A lot of fairly minor things that are all necessary to properly tell the story. Also, Jaide's skirt is the same as Rarity's in "Sleepless in Ponyville." Except I swapped the headband thing for a little kerchief.

So, the story is Sunie made a wish at the wishing well, but worded it wrong or wasn't clear enough, and so this happened.
