This is a lirbrarian of the outer archives. They maintain and support the library on the public level. They refer to them selves from a third person as is their religion. They are not particular about fighting with anyone but they are very willing to help in most cases.The outer archives are a collection of information gathered by all the races willing so share information about what ever they choose. The library and their caretakers are located in the Garcial system, 20 light years away from ours. All races are permited to use the library (meaning enemies, priates, and all else). It is one of the few places that is a truce zone which is also why it is the meeting place for most confrences of long distance battles.
