I did this on my Nintendo DS using a Homebrew program called Colors! This is my latest, and my greatest using the program. Took a while, but hell, I can't argue with the results! :D
EDIT: For those who are wondering how the hell I did this, here are the appropriate links..
For one, you'll need a DS cartridge adapter. You can get them here...

You'll need a MicroSD card, I bought mine from the same store above.

{squints} Ehhh...no, I'm still not seeing it.
I've never been a big fan of any of the older Federation ships. Anything older than the same generation as the Enterprise-D, I'm not crazy about. Most of those I can still understand *why* someone would like 'em, even without liking 'em myself, but the Excelsior class...I dunno, I just can't wrap my head around the obsession.
Personally, my three favorite classes of Federation ships are probably (in no particular order), the Akira-class, the Intrepid-class (such as Voyager), and the still-experimental-last-I-heard Prometheus-class.
