Yes. My mustache really is curling upwards. It's just hard to tell because it's not quite long enough. But the longer it gets, the fancier it will get. Expect a new picture of this at a later date when my mustache is fancier.

What you see is... 4 months of growth, only trimmed twice, both times taking only 2 mm off of the middle part. My facial hair grows fast. Honestly, with my family history of facial hair growth on the side where I get most of my "hair" characteristics from, I'm lucky to have a mustache and beard at all, let alone ones I can get to do what I'm trying to.
Which is to look like Hawkeye Mihawk's from One Piece. As soon as they darken up I've got both perfect.
