This was a contest entry over on DeviantArt from around Christmas time!

I was thinking about the way we celebrate the holiday season, and how common it is to see Christmas cards with these supposedly lovely snowy, woody scenes on the front. It's rather odd that this is considered such a peaceful, romantic sort of scene, when in reality, there would be so many creatures out there, struggling to survive in the freezing cold, including foxes! :hmm:

So, here is a sad, lonely little fox, slowly walking through the deep, chilly snow; because to him, it's just another Silent Night!
