Furnal Equinox 2012 - Day 2
This photo was taken after the big fursuit photoshoot which took place outside the convention centre (which was surprisingly unseaonably warm for March weather).
Here is the one and only Queen of Furnal Equinox: Her Majesty,
(a.k.a. SlushPup).
The inside joke behind this was that this fellow turned the legal age (of 18 I presume?) around the time before the convention started. Long story short,
completely embarassed him on-stage with a surprise bombardment of gifts including a tiara, a big birthday card, and his own naughty magazine cover. And he's been called the Queen ever since.
Why Queen instead of King? I'm not sure about that either.
When I saw him sporting his trademark tiara, I just had to get a photo of him. I have to say this is one of my best pics yet; the bright light behind him really evokes that divine regal look.
Your Majesty... *bows* If you ever need your kingdom saved, don't hesitate to call upon the fandom's (hopefully soon-to-be) number-one ninja!

This was my first-ever furry convention that I went to, and I'm glad I did. Seeing a convention on YouTube is one thing, but actually being part of a convention up-close is a way better experience. Now I'm hooked!
