So coming down to the last of the pictures in my queue West is explaining to Ouiji the various names of the King Airway... during lunch, in the brake room...
For those not in the prehospital field the King Airway is a advanced airway used by EMT's and Paramedic's for intonation. Currently phasing out the combi tube and Endotracheal intubation, it's simpler, faster, and stable in the field.
Also this was my first time using a graphics tablet amd drawing anthros in a while so bare with the awkwardness of the pic.

Admittedly a few of those were from the medic - I just secured and used it as he moved onto meds. I've actually seen them used in codes more than ET tubes. Also - the new ones have the gastric ports that can channel vomit. A properly placed finger can occlude that until it can be suctioned.
