It's very cute, k-puz is right on the lower part of the body, yeah, it's difficult, it causes problems for me as well.
But there's also the upper hands, if it's a normal pikachu he must have 5 fingers. That's all not really a big deal with mistakes really. You made an excellent work. Oh! and by the way, flip your drawing horizontally and you will notice one issue that keeps bugging me on my drawings and even Akira Toriyama (the creator of dragon ball) had this.
If you keep flipping your drawings horizontally and you work on this issue you will improve you drawings on that issue. I have been practicing avoiding that just like Akira Toriyama did.

Well at least that makes two of us that has problems, and I have trouble with paws myself too ^^;
