I picked this bad boy up at a Goodwill store today. He's about nine inches tall and plastic. The yellow triangle on his chest is a button that makes him say things (it's electronic). The two gun wielding arms go up and down, and are linked to the antennea on his back which also slide up and down and activate the button on the chest. Looks like it can squirt water out of his mouth from a tube in the back of his head (it unscrews and there's a plunger.)
