Out of curiosity, probably asked you before, but do you do shading or colouring first (after linework, of course)? I often shade first because it's easier to concentrate without darker or lighter colours distorting my perception of how much shade to add and where.
Your shading is good, it is here as well, but some bits are in dodgy places, like on top of the chest instead of underneath, and a rogue area of light where shade should be on normal Fiz's hair, just by her eye. I could provide screenshots if it makes things any clearer, I tend to lack coherency when it's really important. xD
You could probably try incorporating harder areas of shading in a few places, like the tips of hair and cheek fuzz, and even darker shading where no light would reach at all, like under the neck and inside the ears, for a little bit more definition and shape. You know this already, I'm sure. xD Sorry if I'm repeating stuff. Hope that was helpful, though. This is a great piece despite the things I'm nitpicking about.

Very sorry for scribbling all over your picture with this. =[ In 1, there are some harder areas of shading, fixed the hair a little. In 2, mixed harder and softer shading with harder and softer eraser and brush settings. http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y2.....reen/fizn1.jpg
These things are just my style, and are not appropriate for all angles/positions and circumstances. It really depends where the light source is coming from, and how the shape of the object affects how soft or hard the shading is.

I like how Nega-Fiz is purple/dark purple with a gray muzzle. Plus the dark red hair really gives it a nice variation on her design. She's definitely an opposite of Fiz on their expressions as well. Fiz looks uninterested, aloof while Nega-Fiz has that cute, evil smirk on her. I like the hairstyle you chose for Nega-Fiz. Cute addition to the blush on their cheeks. X3
Not bad at all for the coloring as well. That can be a bitch at times. Gotta love the split view. Super Combo finish!
