If you take a long hard look, I want you to stare, if you peer as deeply as you can you might catch a glimmer of what it means to be human, for an eternal moment I want you to hold that image in your heart, feel from within as it's fires ravage the surface of your soul, remember who you were and why you care.

Remember why others should care, remember why you were given the gift of speech, remember why it matters. And then come see me, for your lies and your words right now are as hollow as that empty fire you assume is your chest. Watch me with your cold eyes and if only for a moment I can make you remember who you were, then my job in this end of the universe is done.

I only have time for the ones who can call themselves sentient and feel it as deep as it will go, my ears no longer function for words that mean nothing, it's as if you'll have said nothing at all, I'm not selective, I simply don't care, I'm not rude, but my time is precious and I can't have it wasted especially if it won't matter to you.

All in all, it matters to me that it matters to you, and if you can't honestly recall why it should matter to you, than you're not worth an ounce of my time.
