Here is Chase recently transformed into his plushy state and flopped onto his front. He's only about a foot tall like this, and he'll be stuck this way for quite a while. Plenty of time for someone to come along and scoop him up. There's some backstory behind this change too:

Chase has always been a magical fox, and he has a tendency toward the use of transformation magic. Whenever he would come up with a new spell, he would test it on himself. One time he managed to change himself into a plushy. The spell was fairly successful. He even gave himself a voice box so he could talk.

There were a couple problems however. One being he forgot to give himself the ability to move. The other being he couldn't undo the spell. He ended up spending many months like this being passed from fur to fur. He was hugged, squeezed, tossed, dropped, gnawed on, chewed on, and just about everything else you can imagine someone doing to a plush toy. Eventually though, a friend gave him some help. He was returned to normal but it was only done by suppressing the spell that originally changed him into his toy state. The spell was not entirely held back though as the magic could still resurface when a certain condition is met.

Now he has a slight problem! Chase will revert to his plushy form any time he touches or comes in contact with a plush or stuffed animal. It's not always an entirely bad thing though! It only lasts for a short amount of time.
