I've never had such a hard time classifying a picture! Meet "Swah" (combination of fursuits), he has the body of "Sugar" the female skunk and the head and sneakers of "Romeo Valentino" the male wah (red panda). This unsightly creature was caught on film at Further Confusion 2008, along with other evil monsters "Weagle" (romeo's wah body, Ozzie beagles head and a fox puppet for a hand who spoke for him) and "Ozgar" (Ozzie beagles body and Sugar skunks head), and also our "mad scientist" in a lab coat, Stria. (It was his idea to switch fursuit parts, so he was the evil genius).
Now, Sugar Skunk is usually 7ft tall, and with me inside she was now 5'4" (note the huge bits of skin flab drooping down to the ankles and the very long arm that reaches the floor). This creature would often be confused by things, it was the dumbest of the three monsters. It would occassionally fall down, limp in circles, and suddenly freeze in position until it was whacked in the head to jump-start it. Swah, Ozgar and Weagle can be seen on YouTube at the following links:
