Oh, why? I've never made a head before, so I kinda just grabbed whatever was lying around.

it's too rigid, and it's hard to get a good shape. it also tends to break. There are 1,000 different ways to make heads. The best advice I can give is to try to find the most current tutorials. I guess the best materials to start with are a head armature to work off of, a balaclava, and use upholstery foam to shape.
