Woke in bright Westwater town
Been lost deep in the wilderniss,
Chased and shot like prey.
Wounded weak and helpless,
Freedom's far away
It wasn't easy making friends to hold my trust.
Cubs and teacher first in line.
The Mediator, indistinct but allways fair,
he knew that I wasn't lying.
The townfolks cried "Why is it here?!"
"We should kill it while we can"
Chihirae stood up for me,
but we know they will cry again.

watched their cubs at play.
And fought the pain of knowing,
that I must leave one day.
I catch me crying ev'rytime I think of home.
Nightmares haunt my sleep.
The city people all the kings and lords and highs,
and me the talking thing to keep.
I cried "Oh Lord why s it me?!"
There's noone there to call a friend.
Danger, fight and open hate,
The future's taken from my hands.

Oh hey, someone else who read the the life of michael riley. Im REALLY surprised there arent more people, especially on THIS site who have read it. Art of it would be very amazing, and it could be very diverse. Although, i never expected a song of all things! And a great song at that!
