A bit on how I think about proportion.
This was from stream recently and some folks were requesting it, so posting it to my scraps for anyone who wanted it.
I base my figures on the 7.5 or 8 headed figure, as taught in many life drawing courses.

In particular a fellow in stream was asking about anthro wolves, so the quick proportion notes here are on an anthro male wolf.
PLEASE REMEMBER: avoid directly referencing other artists' work! You will wind up practicing mistakes, as none of us are perfect mirrors to reality. Practice drawing from life when at all possible (live models, use of a mirror to look at yourself, etc) and, failing that for the anatomy of specific animals, photo references are the next best thing.
