*chuckles* This is way cuter than my version of vent art. I torture one of my chars in my vent art, but it's more funny that dark. xD

I think that this is adorable, and should be your answer every time someone pisses you off. Just show them this picture, then walk away smiling. It'll confuse the heck out of them. xD

Yeah, only one of my chars get it, and it's poor Donny. His sole existence is for me to vent on. He's my vent character, and, even though he's really dark, he's actually really cute and funny too.

Yeah, Ikr? Donny's weird that way. He's really dark and depressing, but cute and funny at the same time. I use him for whenever I need to get something really depressing out of my system, and I usually wind up giggling and laughing after I draw up the idea. I normally don't show anyone pics of him, but I thought that pic was funny.

To summarize Donny, he's a living stuffed animal, but he's extremely depressed, so he's always trying to kill himself. Thing is, he can't, cause he's a stuffed animal, so he just keeps trying and trying, and it's kinda funny what he tries to do to attempt suicide. Because of his attempts, he's developed a bit of a dark sense of humor, as evidenced in the pic.

I know what you mean about keeping some sketches private. Some of them don't need to be shared, and are the artist's private secret. The way I see it: If I needed to know about the art, then it would already be posted, right?

That character idea sounds incredibly familiar... oohh.. OOHH, yet, it's come back to me! There's an episode of a tv show called Supernatural that involves a giant suicidal teddy bear who tries to kill himself but he can't, and it's completely absurd xD Your character is by far cuter, haha

Yeah, that's the rough basis for Donny, but I didn't want him to be quite THAT dark. Donny actually has a sense of humor about his suicide attempts, and does smile and laugh, but he has a dark sense of humor. But yes, I was inspired by Supernatural. I used to watch it all the time. ^^
