Oh man, this was one of my favorite adoptable characters I've had the pleasure of designing. When 
wastelandrat commissioned a sketch commission of Sur'gah the manticore decked out in cyberpunk gear I squeed with delight :D I love getting to draw characters I've designed for other people. Designing outfits is kind of difficult for me, but I enjoyed the challenge. In true cyberpunk tradition I covered her with a little bit of grunge and a little bit of neon. Oh, and a bad ass fighting gauntlet. Because sometimes a gal just wants to beat the hell out of something >:D
