Well the outfit is kind of a mishmash African/Middle Eastern deal. I was just kind of going for something revealing/exotic that still looked like royalty.

Heh for me revealing is achieved merely by an open vest and khakis so low on the waist it's almost indecent, and exotic is the vest being the only upper torso clothing he wears. :P
