Heh. I love nagas that have the traditional, serpentine head and features, and you captured that beautifully here.
The addition of having it smoking is a wonderful touch that gives it a more civilized intelligence and thus adds a lot of personality to it.
And of course, the rodent in its hand is a cute touch as well. :D
