“Oh, it’d be no trouble at all, dear Cuthbert. I was actually thinking of your cousin Sam. He has a fine large family-”
“Samuel Chipmunk? And his pretty young wife, Darcia, and all the children, too? Oh, I say, Rupert, that is too much. Such a card you are, implying that my relatives be served as—as hors d'œuvres! Seriously, though, they have all already agreed to come.”
“Oh, splendid. I shall see them there, then.”
“Indeed. Well, I must off and see to the other arrangements. Ta!”
“I’ll be looking forward to it, Cuthbert...and I shall be bringing my appetite.”

Abstract. Twisted. Deranged. I loved it. I don't exactly know what the hell was happening there, but still I laughed out loud. And very interesting dialect, as a non-native user of English I often find different dialects interesting. Very good little piece, very entertaining.
heh, once again, thanks! was just a little ditty of a story, because i couldn't think of what to do as far as the prompt went...and then -ZAP- i got the idea to just, well, play with it and see if i couldn't create a world where predator & prey were extremely proper and civil to one another.
