"Hey Chazor, I...uh..."
"Uh...? Ermmm..."
*sigh* "Chaz, I thought we were friends. I thought you wore diapers and had a reason for it."
"How did you know?"
"Wolf. The ears and nose aren't for show you know. Besides, I'm in the same boat..." *tugs down his shorts a bit* "All the potty training in the world doesn't help when a girder crashes down on your head and you nearly drown. I'm lucky to still have all my motor functions. It's okay. I got your back."
chazor was kind enough to allow me to build a model so I could improve my skills, so I built it into a gift art project. The core model and hair are still from the Starfox Krystal by
littledragon but I added my own modifications. The wings, tail and horns come from the Daz Creature Creation Kit, and the tail ridges I had to model in AutoCAD. Texture painting comes through Photoshop CS6 Extended.
The background poster was by the subject...I hope you don't mind, Chazor...just that the default picture was just flowers, and the piece sorta identifies the set as your room.
The bed came by way of the Google 3D model search engine as a royalty-free model.
Hope I did right by you, Chazor!
(Note...as I included work from the recipient in the background, this piece is NOT for sale without express written permission by
chazor.)
Edit: I fixed a few contour issues on the chest.

Thanks! I'm still learning though...someone said that this was like both sculpture and photography. And
littledragon provided the core model to the public, he's awesome fur that!

Well it's tricky enough because I'd have to work those complicated patterns into the texture mapping. I can work with those texture maps on my own thanks to Photoshop extended, but thanks to
littledragon, he provides the UV maps for the Starfox Krystal model, and it works with the modified model I use. (And I keep citing his work because he should seriously go for the big time...furraldo doesn't work, but Krystal has a basis to build on.)

Thanx!
It's not easy to do this...a prefab 3d model is like a good paintbrush, or pencil set, or paint set. And
littledragon provided a good one. (and I'm not pimping, I'm just giving credit where it's due.)
Realism is tricky...and it's not just 3D art that does it. A computer lets you do one important thing...it lets you go back and try again. A computer can't do the work for you any more than a pencil and paper can make a picture out of nowhere.
