this species of creature is really just a giant blobby water balloon

to get the water it needs it uses its long scummy water tong to slurp up helpless victims that just float inside of him until fully digested to create for of the liquid it needs to survive and it helps his coat of spandex balloon body to become harder to repel sharp objects.
