I made this a while ago and am now finally getting to uploading the photo of it. Sadly I don't have the recipe handy but I can give some details.
I made a basic creamy style cheesecake, baked variety, and added pumpkin to it and freshly ground nutmeg and cinnamon and some ground ginger as well. I did similar spices into a sort of light cream cheese icing that I used to decorate it with.
Turned out really well but I didn't quite grind the cinnamon sticks as fully as I thought I did and you could occasionally get a slightly larger piece, alas.
Was still very tasty!

oh wow! delightful and delicious looking and sounding! i say, i must try this method myself next time i make pumpkin cheesecake, last time i make a pumpkin cheesecake i made it like a regular cheesecake with pumpkin and spices but i used less sugar and added white chocolate to the mix making it a white chocolate silk pumpkin cheesecake, it was divine and rich but not too sweet! i also coated the grahm sheel crust in a shell of dark shocolate which made it harder to cut but it did blend well with the cheesecake filling, shame only 2 other relatives actuayl tried the cake and liked it. i thought it was quite good.
