Ann T., the anteater gal, designed for a PaRappa the Rapper contest.
As I couldn't really decide which style to represent her with I went for the full set of basic front and side vectorial reference view, flat 3D render and "anime style" portrait. :P
Ann T. is a female anteater and does have a right eye. ;P Her fur pattern comes from her partially Myrmecophaga Tridactyla origins and her name is generally pronounced "anti". :3 And, no, she does not eat ants or other insects but is fond of fruit slushies and melon Pocky. :P On a side note: her outfit and look was inspired by a japanese fashion genre called "Fruits" (not just an other coincidence :D).
Even though this submission didn't win I did win a PaRappa plushy for getting to ask a question to Rodney Greenblat, the artist behind the game series' so unique style. X3
Original designs doodled on paper, later inked, vectorized, colored and rendered on PC. :3
