This is my home in Brasil, It is a flamingo pink plantation house with a four arch facade. My parents who are both construction workers who build this house from the ground up in the style of an old Japanese home. The tiles on the roof are interlocking terracotta. It is a single level home with a mix of hardwood and marble floors made largely of concert [as many homes there are made]. I have a large family so we use the house to entertain often. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 1 master dining room, 1 breakfast nook, a parlor, a bar,a large living room, all rooms with vaulted ceilings and are connected via an open floor layout, the garage is used like a wine cellar and store our homemade Cachaça [made from sugarcane]. I have a lot of land toward the back of the house that is farmed and used for cattle grazing, in the front yard I have land that is part of the amazon and a private fishing pond. I miss my home but hope to move there some day.
