I'm a huge foot/footpaw fetishist, and I spent YEARS trying to figure out the answer to that very question. And also tried willing it away because I was embarrassed and ashamed to have it. But, as I got older I said, "Eh. Whatever." Beauty's in the eye of the beholder, I guess. :P
