i was doing some basic bends in yoga my feet are up and pointed just started off to the side to much.
stretching back and leg muscles as well as abs.
just felt like doodling afterwords don;t know why,

I don't think I could ever do yoga. I'm definitely not that flexible.

well it has all levels so everyone can find some poses they can do. and yes i can do alot of the hard things cause i am. but it feels good too ^.^

Balance both the mind and body. I've always loved Yoga but never had the chance to get into it. That said she looks amazingly cute. Your anatomy is really improving.

thank you ^.^ you really should some of the simple things anyone can do.
and i have fund doing the pose myself helps vastly on orientation of the spine and shoulders.

hmmm generally i just end up reading a little myself. I find that really relaxes me.

Oh and on that note i'm almost done Death Wish.... Talk about different from the movie

most books are way different i am reading the never ending story thus far not much is the same other then the basic premises. though i read and forget to sleep so it's more a day time thing 0.0

That was a book first? oh wow! That was one of my favorite movies when I was a kid. I love the imagination in it and I can only dream of how much more creativity was in the book.

mine too,
i got the book and the movie on the same day figured zane would like both but i can never pass up a book so i am reading it

oh very different atreyu is a green skin (literately) with orange pigtails and purple buffalo clothing. even the start is different i do not think the will-o-wisp is in the movie at all

oh wow. Kinda like how I reacted to Jaws. After I read the novel I watched the movie again and went "Yeah, the mobsters would have really brought a whole other angle into things.

i hear ya. But that's not to say it's a bad thing that the movies are paling in comparison, it's just that they've failed to adapt faithfully from another medium that doesn't work the same way.
