This has a small background to it. I'm featured in Cimmaron's Fallout fanfic Fallout: Assiniboia as Colonel Gabriel Granger (My real first name), and as a surprise, he had the Colonel, featuring his trademark Tesla Gun the Red Alert, done up as Hetzer. I highly suggest you all go read it, it's a wonderful in-progress story that takes place in between Fallout 1 & 2 in the Canadian Province of Manitoba.
