Green flag
Supreme Court of Canada
This is our meet-up/starting point. We gather here on the front lawn from 1;30pm to 2:00 pm, although you are welcome to come earlier if you like.
Blue flag - At the corner of Queen St and Metcalfe, closed to traffic.
Major rest stop where fursuiters can take their heads off/cool down and drink water.
Camera shaped blue flags
Our 3 big group picture stops: The War Memorial, by the USA embassy and by the Art Gallery/at the Alexandra bridge (to be decided once we get there; see note below.)
Red flag
Our final destination, next to the National Art Gallery.
**NOTE: there is some construction going on in this area; if our normal end space is closed off, we will be going into Major's Hill Park, as there is another conveniently secluded area nearby.
Firework blue square
By the river next to the Museum of Civilization. Look for a very, very big blue tarp and the Canada Paw flags. This is where we gather to watch the fireworks at 9:00pm.
The dashed line is an alternate route; depending on how crowded the area in front of the Parliament Hill is and how hot people are, we may take this instead to avoid overheating. This will be decided by the lead flag and committee en route and will NOT be announced.
