Jedarik actually used to do a lot of adventuring in his youth and often teamed up with a certain wizard. They tended to argue a lot though, but they were still friends, sort of. They still get together every once and a while and they often get into arguments. Some of these arguments end up in the wizard getting swallowed, which is why the wizard needs to make sure he keeps his teleportation spells from getting rusty.
