Just some concepts I've been working on. I tried to make the feathers on his back look like long, waving hair. Guess I somewhat succeed it, but I'am afraid it still needs more work.
Oh yeah, the "natural"-part is what Fagin would look like if he hadn't "turned gray".
The hardest part to design Fagin would be the front side of his face. That will be a nightmare... X_x

Well, be glad that Fagin had that "accident", otherwise he would be stuck on his natural color.
Hmm, I remember one time when you were worked on that art-trade of Fagin. You showed some sweet sketches of him and one of them showed a nice view of the side of the front face. I'll use that, along with other pics, as reference if you don't mind.
