Aw, sheesh, yeah...we kept forgetting to call Apple customer service for help with my sister's new laptop and when we finally remembered, my dad had to wait, what, nearly an hour on hold only to be disconnected and have to call again and wait another hour. X-| Service these days pretty much sucks no matter what you're dealing with.
