Cool, just curious. I really like the geometry showing the clavicles and ribs, and the underarm and elbow. I tried redirecting edges like that to show muscle on my first model, and it went horribly x3 I'mma try it again on the next one, though. I found it was really hard to get good deformation.
Hey Cairyn ;) I use Holger Biebrach's tools in C4D, but mostly do it manually. I found the collisiondeformer is very helpful to map some premodelled patches on the sculpture.
For furlength: can't really average that - it varies from a few milimeters to 20cm on the tail...
