Good use of colors, very earthy, and you have very good proportions. As far as detail work you have a very loose style and and viewing you r other work, you are a really good digital painter, but I think you would also be great with water color. If you want some criticism, one thing that could help is adding a bit more detail on the hay, it would really help to divide the colors a bit much like you did with the hair. right now it just looks like a pile of brush strokes.
