It's really nothing special. It's mostly just layers with ink effects, with a bit custom brush texture thrown in.
I can try to show you more thoroughly some time, but I'm afraid you will have to stab a guy before it's over.

Well, he IS being pretty boring. But I'd imagine he's probably pretty bored at the moment, too.
Unless there's something very interesting up there that he's looking at.
