I would say that the guy in the background doesn't seem to fit properly in the image. Even at first glance he feels out of place. IMO, I think he should be removed.

I agree, I tried and tried and just couldn't get it looking right. I just didn't like the empty space there. But he's on a diff layer so he'll be easy to remove.

Hmm... maybe replace the bird-dude with a blurry werewolf-ish figure stalking in the distance. It'd fill in the empty space.
